How does it work?

1. Assessment

In the first phase, we work together to determine the most strategic locations for the beer dispensers. We use our expertise in bar logistics to ensure that the dispensers are optimally positioned. We provide advice on all aspects of the installation, from building plans to the technical specifications of the beer dispensers. After a detailed analysis of the needs and required facilities, we prepare a suitable offer that covers all aspects of the integration.

2. Implementation

Once the offer is approved, the implementation phase begins. In this phase, the final drawings are completed by our experienced engineers, and all materials for the machines are prepared. The beer dispensers are then assembled and made ready for installation. On-site, everything is carefully integrated and installed by our service team to ensure the dispensers are fully operational.

3. Going live

After the installation, we move on to the go-live phase. In this phase, we train your staff during the first three events to ensure they can use the dispenser optimally. We provide thorough instructions on the start-up process, operational tasks during the event, and cleaning and closing procedures. This ensures that the team is fully familiar with the machine's operation, contributing to a successful implementation and smooth deployment during matches and events.
