Are you looking for a mobile beer dispenser that you can place anywhere on your site? With BeerMate Rental, this is possible! Rent our self-service beer dispenser to increase your revenue, hassle-free. The automated BeerMate is equipped with two self-service machines that replace bar staff.

Our service team will come to your location and take care of everything for you, from transport and installation to dismantling. We’ll connect the power and beer, set the correct price, as well as the type of cup and size.

This way, you can sell your beer with high capacity (1000 beers per hour!).

How does it work?

1. Before the event

Before the event takes place, we will coordinate the following details: the type of cup (hard or soft cup, 15 to 50 cl), the payment system, the location on the site, and the connection of the beer system. Additionally, we will agree on which beer brand will be used. We have close partnerships with major breweries, allowing us to offer competitive prices.

2. During the event

During the event, you will be 100% taken care of. From transport to cleaning, our BeerMate colleagues will place the beer dispensers at the designated location and connect the beer system. Throughout the event, a service employee will always be on-site. If anything goes wrong with the machine, we'll be back up and running in no time. After the event, the machines will be cleaned and picked up. Additionally, you will gain access to the real-time dashboard, which provides valuable insights into your sales data.

3. After the event

After the event, we would love to take the opportunity to evaluate together. This will allow us to review the overall experience, gather valuable feedback, and identify areas for improvement. By doing so, we can continuously refine our products and enhance our collaboration, ensuring even better results for future events. Your input is crucial to helping us evolve and provide an even better service moving forward.

Optimal payment options.

Through our partner SJEF, we ensure that payments from the event are quickly and easily credited to your account a few days after the event. This is done through a KYC procedure with Adyen, where you fill out a form with your details (this takes about 10 minutes). In addition to the option for open-loop payments (bank transactions), BeerMate also offers various closed-loop payment solutions. Integrations with Weeze and Anykrowd are available. We are also open to new integrations to optimize our system in line with the payment methods supported by your event.

Sustainable recycling system.

At BeerMate, we actively contribute to a more sustainable world by creating cleaner events with less waste. Our innovative recycling system helps reduce plastic waste.

The beer dispenser is equipped with an eco-token intake, allowing visitors to insert their recycle token. This gives them the opportunity to avoid paying for their cup.

Additionally, our system is equipped with a cup return feature, allowing people to return their old cup so they don't have to pay for a new one.

Our recycling process is simple, environmentally friendly, and helps reduce the environmental impact of events. Together, we contribute to a cleaner world!
